Meet Tracy
Tracy is a talented life coach whose clients describe her as creative, empowering, open, engaging and warm. She started her coaching career at a large international technology solutions company where, as a manager, she introduced the concept of personal development coaching to her director and peers. In her coaching role she worked with individuals from all levels of the organization towards realizing their full potential, assisting them to successfully navigate through corporate and personal change.
Tracy lives in Stratford, Ontario with her husband John. She was born in Montréal and spent her high school years in Barbados, where she moved with her family at age nine. She later moved back to Montréal where she attended McGill University. From childhood, so the family stories go, she has always had an empathic and nurturing streak. She loves the arts, particularly music and dance and was known for her dance performances in high school shows and musicals. For 5 years, Tracy was a soprano in the world renowned Montréal Jubilation Gospel Choir.
Tracy has over 25 years of corporate experience and with this wealth of experience behind her, has pursued her passion for personal development by achieving her accreditation as a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She has simultaneously completed the leadership program offered by CTI and is now available to guide others in their pursuit of excellence and personal fulfillment.
Tracy’s talent for helping others find their inner voice and strength is not her only passion. She is also an accomplished vocalist who has performed in venues as diverse as international jazz festivals, weddings and the club scene. She is currently learning how to surf. At this she is still a novice.
