Self Portrait – A Workshop of Self Discovery

This personal development workshop is in answer to your quest for self discovery.  You will embark on a path leading to positive changes, finding your passion and living a fulfilled life.

In this interactive, introspective and fun filled workshop, you will participate in a variety of activities, exercises and experiences that invite you to look deep within yourself.  You will learn to recognize, listen to and trust your unique inner voice.

You will:

• Explore your core values
• Create a new perspective for yourself
• Name what limits you most and begin to step outside of the self created boundary

Studio work includes:

• Self observation and inward reflection
• Experiential exercises
• Guided visualization
• Movement
• Journaling

Workshop format:

This three (3) hour workshop will be held in person.  The intimacy of a small group, no more than 10 people per workshop, ensures that each participant can be fully expressive and engaged.  Although the activities will be done as a group, your experience, learning and work will be unique and personal.  Wear comfortable clothing suitable for some movement.

Materials

You will be provided with a workbook, yours  to take home for referance and continued self discovery.
